Bring the following Paragons of Power from Zul'Gurub to Al'tabim the All-Seeing: 5 Gurubashi Coins, 5 Razzashi Coins, 2 Orange Hakkari Bijous, and a Primal Hakkari Shawl. You must also have a reputation equal to or greater than Honored with the Zandalar Tribe.
Al'tabim the All-Seeing is located on Yojamba Isle, Stranglethorn Vale.
