Bring the following Paragons of Power from Zul'Gurub to Al'tabim the All-Seeing: 5 Sandfury Coins, 5 Zulian Coins, 2 Silver Hakkari Bijous, and a Primal Hakkari Kossack. You must also have a reputation equal to or greater than Revered with the Zandalar Tribe.

Al'tabim the All-Seeing is located on Yojamba Isle, Stranglethorn Vale.
