A ferocious strike that deals 115% weapon damage, but can only be used while Enrage, Berserker Rage, or Bloodrage is active. Each other melee ability used while Enrage, Berserker Rage, or Bloodrage is active reduces Raging Blow's remaining cooldown by 1 sec.
