Increasing your Balefire Bolt and Pyroblast damage by 25%, decreasing your Spirit by 20%, and stacking up to 5 times for 30 sec. If your Spirit reaches 0, you die.
This spell will be checked against the lower of the target's Arcane, Fire, and Frost resists.
