Binds when picked up
Use: Transforms you into the likeness of Overseer Nuaar for 3 min. It can only be used within the Blackwing Coven area of the Blade's Edge Mountains. Maxnar the Ashmaw, and his Wyrmcult Blessed, can see through the disguise. Looting, taking a hostile action, or casting beneficial spells will drop the disguise.
