1 point : 12% of damage stored, 0.04% Attack Power max.
2 points: 24% of damage stored, 0.08% of Attack Power max.
3 points: 36% of damage stored, 0.12% of Attack Power max.
4 points: 48% of damage stored, 0.16% of Attack Power max.
5 points: 60% of damage stored, 0.2% of Attack Power max.
New in Forever Beta 1.60.1.70425: not present in Classic Era 1.15.9.69722.
